From
family.org, a web site from Focus on the Family, the group founded
by Dr. James Dobson:
NPR reporter Rachel
Buchman, from WHYY in Philadelphia, resigned after leaving an angry
voice-mail message on the machine of a conservative lobbyist. On the
message, Buchman said,
"I wanted to tell you you're evil, horrible people. You're
awful people. You represent horrible ideas. God hates you,
and He wants to kill your children. You should all burn in hell.
Bye."

Chris Carmouche, the
publisher of
laptoplobbyist.com, on whose machine Buchman left the message,
commented,
"We want people to know that this is not an isolated
incident. People have to realize there's not just a media bias,
but in many cases there is a media hatred, toward anything
conservative, Christian, or traditional."
