Media Totally Ignores Undeniable DNC - MoveOn.org Link

Hard to imagine the media letting the RNC and Swifties getting away with this.

- August 26, 2004 -

Here it is. As reported by Newsmax.com earlier this week: Photographic evidence of coordination between the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and MoveOn.org. And it's on the official DNC web site!

DNC Chief Operating Officer Josh Wachs (left), Senator Leahy,

and Zack Exley from Moveon.org pose with the more than 310,000 signatures.

See for yourself. The photo is under the headline, "Americans stand with the Senate Democrats: Nov 13, 2003" at  http://www.democrats.org/blog/display/00010183.html. More related text is at http://www.democrats.org/news/200311140002.html : "The DNC is also conducting a major petition drive in partnership with MoveOn.org. More than 310,000 Americans have signed the petition to protect our courts."

Imagine a photograph of RNC Chair Ed Gillespie, Senator Rick Santorum, and a member of Swift Boat Veterans for Truth posing together. The photograph would be splashed across the front page of every liberal newspaper in the country, and the photo would be the leading story for Dan, Tom, and Peter on their network newscasts. No viewer could escape hearing of the "clearly illegal connection" between the two groups.

There's more. It's a pile of evidence on the partnership between the DNC and MoveOn.org. As you read each one of these, replace the names of the offending parties with the words "RNC" and "Swift Boat Veterans for Truth." Then ask yourself if the media would totally ignore such an obvious connection, as they have with the DNC and MoveOn.org.

http://www.moveon.org/pac/cands/kerry.html:  "A letter to MoveOn members from John Kerry" (!!)

http://www.moveon.org/pac/news/best-ad.html: "We're running a contest to help us choose the ads that will best convince undecided and swing voters to vote for John Kerry. We'll run them during the Republican convention."

http://www.democrats.org/wvc/weekinreview/200305120002.html: "The Democratic Party is partnering with MoveOn.org, People for the American Way, Campaign for America's Future, and dozens of other groups representing millions of Americans to organize a massive public mobilization. On Wednesday, May 14, join us by calling and emailing your representatives in Congress to let them know that the majority of Americans oppose more irresponsible tax cuts that go overwhelmingly to the wealthiest sliver of Americans." (emphasis added)

Once again, there more at NewsMax.com.

TheMediaReport.com says ... Another example of an egregious double standard in the pro-Kerry mass media.
